At Flashforge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your 3D printing experience. If your hardware or accessories do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the serial number of your printer to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all cables, tools, and filament samples that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
